A unique combination of four grapes. High intensity that balances perfectly with soft tannins. Notes of spices, vanilla and sun-dried tomatoes, on the nose. Pleasant long lasting aftertaste.

Winemaker notes
Harvest of 2009 wine, aged in the bottle.
Xinomavro is an indigenous grape variety that grows in Northern Greece. Xinomavro is difficult to grow. It’s sensitive to a number of diseases and susceptible to vintage variation. Not too many winemakers are able to craft stunningly rich and concentrated wines that are truly world-class, able to develop and mature over many decades. These wines gain a lot of elegance over time, losing all their roughness.
Moschomavro is a red grape variety cultivated mainly in the region of Kozani , Grevena and sporadically in Thessalia. It is a lively, robust, fertile and productive variety with a good durability in drought. The growth starts approximately within the first 15 days of April and ripens after mid-September. Moschomavro gives high graded wines with good acidity, slightly aromatic with medium color.
